چکیده
Classical enzyme kinetic theories are summarized and linked with modern discoveries here. The sequential catalytic events along time axis by analyzed at the molecular level, using master equations, this writing tries to connect microscopic behavior of data (like velocity coefficient k) obtained in experiment: 1/k = t equals sum times taken constituent individual steps. relationships between k, rate or velocity, amount each step physical biochemical conditions system discussed, perspective hypothetic equations proposed here regarding diffusion, conformational change, chemical conversion, product release steps whole cycle provide an interpretation previous experimental observations can be testified future experiments.

Kinetics of biomass catalytic pyrolysis.
The Coats-Redfern method was used to analyze the kinetic characteristics of biomass catalytic pyrolysis, indicating that it can be described by multi-step reactions, rather than as a simple first-order reaction. Friedman model-free calculations were used to describe the starting reaction types and the corresponding initial kinetic parameters. Finally, nonlinear regression of biomass catalytic p...
متن کاملCatalytic Mechanisms of Glutamine Synthetase Enzymes
Glutamine synthetase enzymes isolated from pea seeds and from Escherichia coli are observed to behave differently in experiments designed to probe reaction mechanism. Although both enzymes were found to bind and release substrates in random order mechanisms (Wedler, F. C. (197415. Biol. Chem, 247, 5080-5087), isotopic exchanges with partial reaction systems indicative of a y-glutamylphosphate i...
متن کاملCatalytic Decomposition of Potassium Monopersulfate. The Kinetics
Potassium monopersulfate has been decomposed in aqueous solution in the presence of Co(II). The process has been simulated by means of a mechanism based on elementary reactions. Rate constants have been taken from literature reports or, alternatively, assimilated to analogous reactions occurring in Fenton ́s chemistry. Several operating conditions have been successfully applied. Keywords—Monoper...
متن کاملCutoff lensing: predicting catalytic sites in enzymes
Predicting function-related amino acids in proteins with unknown function or unknown allosteric binding sites in drug-targeted proteins is a task of paramount importance in molecular biomedicine. In this paper we introduce a simple, light and computationally inexpensive structure-based method to identify catalytic sites in enzymes. Our method, termed cutoff lensing, is a general procedure consi...
